VOLUNTEER
OPPORTUNITIES
1) Docent. Taking visitors on tours through the museum. Some knowledge about Edward Gorey and his work is helpful, but there are written descriptions.
2) Volunteer at the reception desk. Responsibilities may include some combination of the following: greeting visitors, processing admissions, handling gift shop sales and monitoring exhibit areas. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
3) Assisting with mailings for special events and the quarterly newsletter.
